HourWall Barn Wood Plank — Worn Leather
Barn Wood is a plank-format profile cast from reclaimed board — interior-only feature-wall stock with deep grain and visible knots. Cast in high-density polyurethane.
The Worn Leather colourway is a warm mid-brown with soft caramel tones — softer and warmer than Aged Elm, more saddle than driftwood.
Each box covers 40 square feet. Screws to the substrate through the built-in nailing flange — no adhesive, no wet trades. Panels lock together with a shiplap edge; cuts trim clean with a fine-tooth wood blade.
By design, colour and character vary. If needed, you can order a sample here: Worn Leather sample.
What sets it apart:
Cast off real reclaimed-board masters — the grain, knot patterns, and edge splits are real board profiles, not printed. Screwed to studs like any HourWall panel.
Good to know:
Interior use only. Recommended for dry interior areas (not suited to moisture-prone spaces like bathrooms, saunas, or exterior soffits). Horizontal installs are advised over vertical — the run conceals the pattern repeat visually. Five-year interior warranty.
Complete the wall:
- Colour-matched caulk: HourWall Stone Finish Textured Caulking — Worn Leather
- Colour-matched paint kit: HourWall Touch-Up Paint Kit — Worn Leather
- HourWall 5/8" Side Trim: HourWall 5/8" Side Trim — Pebble Stone
